Our expert appraisers thoroughly test each piece by looking at it through a jeweler’s loop, weighing, sizing diamonds, and analyzing cut, color, and clarity. In addition, each piece of jewelry is run through our Metal Analyzer; this machine takes an ex-ray of the jewelry and lets us know the amount of precious metals contained within the piece. These tests confirm the quality and authenticity of the jewelry we have at our retail locations.
